She graduated from the Faculty of Psychology – Sociology and Political Sciences of Hyperion University in Bucharest, in 2002. Since 2014 she works in the IWE, in chronological order in the following sectors: IT and Communication, Structural Changes in the Global Economy and Project Implementation Department.
In the Project Implementation Department, as a technical expert, she coordinated the target group of the POSDRU/159/1.5/S/140106 project: “Horizon 2020 – Doctoral and Postdoctoral Studies: Promoting the National Interest through Excellence, Competitiveness and Responsibility in the Field of Romanian Fundamental and Applied Economic Research”. The overall objective of the project was to support and promote national interests in an international context by increasing the quality of the doctoral and postdoctoral act in Romania, supporting 105 doctoral students and 150 postdoctoral students within a network based on gradual research cores – developed in accordance with the directions of the Strategy National for Research, Development and Innovation 2007-2013 – national and transnational partnerships with a focus on developing the scientific and entrepreneurial capacities of the target group members. The project was implemented by IWE from April 2014 to October 2015.

Assistant Coordinator – POSDRU/96/6.2/S/60000: „Viața după gratii” impementat de MMFPSPV, cofinanțat prin Programul Operațional Sectorial Dezvoltarea Resurselor Umane 2007 – 2013, Axa 6, DMI 6.2, perioada de implementare: 1.06.2011 – 31.05.2014.
